Mi objetivo es crear el set de pestañas perfecto para la forma de tus ojos. ✨ Las pestañas siempre han aumentado mi autoestima y me encantaría poder darles esa seguridad a todas ustedes, hermosas. Si tienes alguna pregunta, no dudes en enviarme un mensaje. ¡Gracias por elegirme como tu diseñadora de pestañas! 🫶🏼 ✨Policies/Politicas✨ •Card on File/ Tarjeta A card on file is required to book but WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED. Your payment is due the day of your appointment. Payments can be made through booking site(3.6% tax booking site fee) or via Zelle/Cash. Se necesita una tarjeta de debito/credito para agendar cita pero NO SE COBRARÁ nada a la tarjeta. Su balance se pagaría el dia de su cita usando la tarjeta en el sistema(3.6% impuestos) o Zelle/ Effectivo. •Deposit/Depósito $20 deposit that goes towards your service is required. Se requiere depósito de $20 que se aplicará a su servicio. •Grace period/Período de gracia There is a 10minute grace period. Anything beyond that will need to be rescheduled. If there is no communication the card on file will be charged for the full service including a 3.6% tax, due to booking site requirements. If the card on file doesn’t go through, you will be banned from future booking. Hay un período de gracia de 10 minutos. Después de ese tiempo, la cita deberá reprogramarse. Anything less than 24 hours will result in a non-refundable deposit. This deposit may go towards your next appointment as long as it is rescheduled within 7 days of your original appointment. If you cancel or choose to reschedule 4 hours or less than your appointment time, deposit will be non-refundable and the remaining balance of the appointment will be required. If you wish to reschedule, a new $20 deposit will be due and the remaining balance of the service will be due at your next appointment. Si desea reprogramar, se deberá pagar un nuevo depósito de $20, y el saldo restante del servicio se deberá pagar en su próxima cita. • Rescheduling/ Reagendar Please reschedule in 24 or more hours if you are feeling sick or are having any symptoms that can be contagious. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Wink with Andy has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Wink with Andy at (219) 985-5845 or winkwithandy@icloud.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
